Chocolate Brownie Peanut Butter Cookies - Gluten Free

preheat oven to 350 degrees
 
1 Box Brownie Mix (gluten free use Pamela's Ultimate Brownie Mix)
1/4 cup butter melted (I used a little more as the mix seemed a bit 
dry)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
 
use spoon to mix
 
drop round tablespoon size balls onto ungreased cookie sheet
 
mix 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter(natural for gluten free)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
 
the recipe called for 1 cup each but it was too much for the amount of 
cookies I ended up with so eyeball
 
mix into a ball and then break off small teaspoon size balls and place 
into 
the middle of cookies on sheet.
 
Bake for 11-14 minutes, until edges set.
 
cool for 30 minutes
 
frost over peanut butter center with Pilsbury Chocolate Fudge Frosting 
(make 
sure it is the gluten free variety for those with Celiac Disease or on 
a 
special diet)
